Application of oxygen absorber in food packaging

Oxygen absorber also called as oxygen scavenger, deoxidizer, are added to enclosed packaging to help remove or decrease the level of oxygen in the package, reduce the aerobic environment to 0.01% oxygen, scavenge oxygen for generation of aerobic environments for microbiology, such as bacteria and mold, prevent from mildew, lipid, oxidation, insects, aging, discoloration and rust, prevent fat from rancidity, meat oxidative and the loss of vitamins in food, keep food fresh and tasty.

Main Ingredients:

Iron powder, activated carbon



1. Pastries: mooncake, cakes, cookies, waffles, Swiss roll pie, tomato, bean cake, rice cake, walnut cookies, almond crisp, etc.

2. Meats: beef jerky, wings, sausages, pork belly, meat floss, salted duck, etc.

3. Dried fruits and nuts: pistachio nuts, macadamia nut, almond, pine nuts, pecans, walnuts, Chinese chestnuts, peanuts, seeds, pumpkin seeds, beans.

4.Sea foods: dried abalone, dried fish, dried shell, shredded squid, dried shrimp, roasted fish fillet.

5.Other dried foods: tea leaf, laver, longan, dried litchi, dried mushroom, jujube, dried potherb, dehydrated vegetables, dried persimmon, dried sweet potato, rice.

1. Oxygen permeability of food packaging material should be lower than 20ml/m2.24h.0.1MPa.

2. Keep food packaging been sealed when using this product.

3. Please choose proper size for your product to ensure the product performance.

4. Please use all the products within 1 hour after opened package, and reseal the rest of it.

5. Do not microwave, do not eat.

6. Warranty: 18 months in sealed condition.
